How we help
Account & Steam
- Link the Steam account that owns Counter-Strike 2.
- Enable two-factor authentication on FACEIT and Steam when possible.
Client & anti-cheat
- Install the latest FACEIT client and allow FACEIT Anti-Cheat to finish updating.
- Restart both Steam and the client after major CS2 patches.
Queues & matches
- Check platform status before retrying failed queues.
- For disputes, attach demo timestamps and match ID from match history.

I cannot queue after a CS2 update
Verify game files in Steam, reboot FACEIT Anti-Cheat, and confirm platform status is Online.
Where is my match demo?
Open match history on FACEIT and download the demo from the completed match page.
